The Z9 is a steel magazine, and is the same length as the OEM Glock® magazine with pinky extension, but holds an additional 3 rounds.

While this mag catch is compatible with factory plastic Glock magazines, prolonged use may result in increased wear on the softer plastic magazine material. For extended use with OEM magazines, consider the plastic magazine catch option, or plan for eventual magazine replacement as normal wear occurs.
